Summary: S27 POD Listing Pad is a digital subscription service. All sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

1. Digital Service - No Refunds

S27 POD Listing Pad is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Due to the nature of digital services:

  • All sales are final - We do not offer refunds for subscription payments
  • Immediate access - You receive full access to all features immediately upon payment
  • No partial refunds - We do not provide refunds for unused portions of billing periods
  • No prorated refunds - Cancelling mid-cycle does not result in a refund
Why No Refunds?

As a digital service, once you access our AI-powered tools, the service has been delivered. Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be "returned." This policy is standard practice for SaaS products and allows us to keep our pricing affordable.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:

2.1 How to Cancel

  • Self-Service: Log into your account and navigate to Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Stripe Customer Portal: Use the Stripe-powered billing portal to manage your subscription

2.2 What Happens When You Cancel

Access Continues Until Period Ends:
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain full access to all tools and features until that date
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will automatically downgrade when the period expires

3. Subscription Tiers

All paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Max, Ultra) follow the same refund and cancellation policies:

  • No refunds for subscription payments (industry standard for SaaS)
  • Cancel anytime, retain access until billing period ends
  • Downgrade to Free tier after cancellation (saved audits/previews only)

4. Exceptions

We may consider refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:

4.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the service:

  • Provide details of the problem and steps you've taken
  • Allow us reasonable time to resolve the issue
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer account credit or, at our discretion, a refund

4.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times in error:

  • Provide transaction IDs or payment receipts
  • Duplicate charges will be refunded promptly

4.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization:

5. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period

  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged
  • Once charged, the standard no-refund policy applies

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

  • Payment Methods: Major credit cards, debit cards
  • Billing: Automatic recurring billing on your subscription date
  • Receipts: Email receipts are sent automatically for each payment
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge again and notify you via email

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
  • Repeated failed payment attempts
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us

Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Chargebacks

9. Data After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • Saved Listings: Data stored in your browser's local storage remains accessible
  • Cloud Data: Account data may be retained for 30 days, then deleted
  • Export: We recommend exporting any important data before cancellation

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website.

Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
