Your Privacy Matters: S27 POD Listing Pad is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you use our listing optimization tools, you may provide:
- Product Information: Product descriptions, titles, tags, and other listing details you enter into our tools
- Contact Information: Email address (if you contact us for support)
- Feedback: Any feedback, bug reports, or feature requests you submit
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain technical information:
- Usage Data: Which tools you use, frequency of use, and feature interactions
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and error logs for debugging purposes
- Local Storage: Your browser's local storage is used to save drafts and preferences (this data stays on your device)
1.3 Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Claude API (Anthropic): We send your product information to Claude AI to generate optimized listings. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data processing.
- Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how users interact with our tools (opt-out available via browser settings)
- Error Tracking: We use error monitoring tools to identify and fix bugs that impact your experience
1.4 Free Etsy Listing Audit Funnel
When you use our Free Audit feature and unlock an optimized rebuild by providing your email, we collect and persist a small set of fields to manage the lead and improve the funnel:
- Email address — the address you submit to unlock the optimized result. Used to deliver your rebuild and (with your future opt-in) related product updates. Not sold.
- Listing inputs — the title, description, tags, and product-type selection you paste in. Sent to Anthropic's Claude API for the AI rebuild; a normalized hash of the title + description (
listingHash) is also stored so we can identify duplicate submissions without retaining the raw listing text.
- Audit metadata — the audit score we computed, the list of top improvement opportunities (top gaps), the product template you picked (e.g.
bella_canvas_3001), and the success/failed status of the AI rebuild call. Stored so we can analyze which gaps are most common and where the funnel breaks.
- Hashed visitor identifier — your IP address is hashed (SHA-256 with a server-side salt) into an
ipHash for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The raw IP address is never stored in the lead record.
- Browser context — your browser's
User-Agent string and the page that referred you (if any) are stored to understand traffic sources and help reproduce display issues. These are standard fields your browser sends with every request.
This data is stored in our Firestore database for the lifetime of the lead. You can request deletion at any time per Section 6.1.
